Restore Your PA Driver's License
A Do-It-Yourself Guide.
Steps to restoring your PA driver's license:

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Ken Chotiner. I have been practicing law for more than a decade. But I beat my first ticket twenty years ago, when I was sixteen. Since then I have learned a lot. The information on this site is some of what I know and do as an attorney to help people restore their driving privileges.

Most cases are straight forward and easily resolved. This site should help you through an easy case. If you have more serious problems,
fill out the "Ask Ken a Question" form or give me a call. I provide a free consultation.

Restore your driving privileges in three steps.

Step 1- If it's not too late, file a PennDOT Appeal.

Step 2- Find out why your license was suspended.

Step 3- Eliminate the reason(s) for the suspension.
